David is a General Partner of Tigerblocks Investment Management and is also Director of Operations and chief of Staff of Tigerblocks Group. David specializes in the dispositions, acquisitions, and management of Commercial Real Estate ventures. In his career, David has managed more than $4B of transactions and over 300 ground-up developments across a diverse collection of product types including, Multifamily/Residential, Industrial/Manufacturing, BioTech/Life-Science, Office/R&D, and Mixed-Use properties.

Prior to Tigerblocks, David served as Director of Newmark’s Northern California Institutional Investment Sales Team, and was recognized as Power Broker of the year in 2022. David also served as founding member and head of operations at Villa where he built and ran the construction team for over 300 projects throughout the western US. 

Currently, David sits on the advisory board of a residential real estate management company. David has had the pleasure of providing real estate transaction and operations expertise to some of Silicon Valley’s largest companies and investors, in addition to some of the most exciting non-profits groups and most innovative new start-ups.
